This Agreement aims to clarify the terms and conditions related to the Premium membership services of "Manga Grove" (including monthly, quarterly, and annual subscriptions). Please read and understand all the contents of this Agreement carefully before activating the service. Once you activate this service, you are deemed to have agreed to and accepted all the terms of this Agreement.
1.1 Membership Service Definition
The "Manga Grove" Premium membership service is an auto-renewable subscription service that provides you with advanced features of the application. This application offers three subscription period options:
1.2 Payment Authorization
By activating this service, you authorize the application developer (hereinafter referred to as "Developer") to automatically deduct the next billing cycle's membership fee from your accounts, including but not limited to your recharge account, third-party payment accounts linked to your membership account, bank cards, communication accounts, and iTunes account (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Accounts"), when your "Manga Grove" membership service is about to expire.
1.3 Membership Features
Manga Grove is an application that helps you read local manga files on iPhone, iPad, and Mac. The membership service includes the following features:

2.1 Account Binding Requirements
The implementation of this service requires that you have linked your "Manga Grove" membership account with the aforementioned accounts and that payments can be successfully deducted from these accounts.
2.2 Balance Maintenance Obligation
You are obligated to regularly monitor and ensure that your selected payment channel account has sufficient balance to meet the deduction requirements for auto-renewal service.
2.3 Service Suspension or Termination
If the auto-renewal deduction cannot be completed due to the aforementioned reasons (including but not limited to: insufficient balance, payment failure), the Developer reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership service without further notice.
3.1 Subscription Options
"Manga Grove" Premium offers three subscription options:

3.2 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. The system will automatically deduct the fee for the next billing period from your account.
3.3 Canceling Subscription
If you choose to cancel the subscription service, you need to cancel at least 24 hours before your membership expires; otherwise, the system will still automatically renew for the next billing cycle.
3.4 Cancellation Method
For users with Apple in-app purchases (IAP) auto-renewal, the cancellation method is as follows:
4.1 Current Period Fees Are Non-Refundable
Unless the user violates national laws and regulations or the provisions of this Service Agreement, users can choose to unsubscribe from the subscription service, but the service fees for the current billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annual) cannot be refunded.
4.2 Refund Request Method
Subscription fees are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be handled through Apple Customer Service. The Developer cannot directly process refund requests.
5.1 Right to Adjust
The Developer reserves the right to adjust the duration, pricing, and related content of the existing membership subscription service based on user needs and changes in products and services, to continuously improve and optimize the service.
